Acceptance of Terms. By using https://awardtreeandstormrelief.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Tree Removal, Tree Trimming, Storm Damage Cleanup, Stump Grinding, Land Clearing provided by A Ward Tree and Storm Relief. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. A Ward Tree and Storm Relief (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. A Ward Tree and Storm Relief may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. A Ward Tree and Storm Relief does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Ward Tree and Storm Relief's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid A Ward Tree and Storm Relief in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify A Ward Tree and Storm Relief from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NC for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
